我有外國護照和臺灣護照，可不可以用外國護照來申請明新科技大學？I hold both foreign passport and ROC possport, can I apply for MUST as an international degree student?

如果符合教育部外國學生來臺就學辦法第二條之規定，即可以外國學生身份申請。
